Something that might put a grin on your face too…

I stumbled onto this and was expecting something different than what I found…

Got sucked in by the potential cheezy-ness of this, but these guys (and gal) killed it… while driving!

Is hilariously good possible? If nothing else she’s kinda hot.

Anyway, though it might brighten your day. If not…
Check for pulse…

Hope all is well with you!

      Hey Lee,

This works on so many levels, and that’s before you even think about what the song “seems” to be about… hmmm…

I know what song’s going to be rolling through your head today. You just can’t get rid of it – I’ve tried :-)

A fun bit of ear (and eye) candy. Seems like a good re-set when we start taking music too seriously…

      Talk to you soon,

Well, I’ve tried too, but that’s too cool 😉

    Thanks for sharing that, Bernie.

Hey Gilles, it’s good to hear from you.

I hope things are drying out (thawing out?) and you’re getting ready for a great summer. How has the winter been in France?

        Hi Bernie,

Winter has been quite depressing in France (cold and wet), but spring seems to be very gentle and sunny, so there are lot of smiles in the streets at the moment. And girls are beginning to dress shorter too, which is a very enjoyable thing too !

        Best regards,

        Gilles

That is a good sign when the girls come out to play! :-)

Glad to hear that things are looking better and warmer.

Hey Bernie! Killer!! Hall and Oates are my guilty pleasure. Just goes to show you dont need high tech stuff to make good music. Thanks for sharing man!

      Hey Big Mike!

Yes, I admit it too… definitely a guilty pleasure.

These guys do another cover during these “Van Sessions” that takes guilty pleasure to another level… try the Kenny Rodgers and Dolly Parton’s Islands in the Stream!

      Talk to ya soon,

Wow…I almost forgot what it was like hearing musicians making music instead of artists making social/political statements (with a bit of help from Autotune).

    Thanks

I dunno. Something missing. I think they need more VST plugins, a house beat, some synth, You know, it’s too raw, too natural.

    • FretGuru says:

      Hey Richard, I totally agree.

Don’t worry… someone’s already on this, working on the remix… coming to a dance floor near you.

You know I keep thinking I’m hearing this cool… can’t figure out whether it’s a hi-hat or shaker part (goes ssst-ssst), but I can’t figure out who’s doing it. I think it’s just vocal improv.

      Fun stuff!

      Hey Jon,

Glad you enjoyed that. A good reminder to not take things so seriously.

I hope all is well with you!
