It’s a ridiculously complicated and time consuming 15 step process – which some may think is overkill – but we’ve found that discerning and passionate luthiers and guitar enthusiasts like you appreciate and demand this level of quality and precision, while others may find cheap, less-than-accurate China made is good enough.
The markings are super-precision laser etched through the black coating, deeply into the surgical stainless steel base metal. So you’ll never have to deal with printing that rubs off. This tool will last a lifetime.
